Careers at Northwest Justice Project
If you are looking for work that matters, consider joining NJP.
Northwest Justice Project (NJP) is Washington State’s largest publicly funded civil legal aid organization. Every day, our attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants, outreach staff, and administrative teams put their expertise to work for people facing eviction, domestic violence, workplace exploitation, and other crises.
Why people choose NJP
Our clients deserve the highest quality representation. Our clients deserve our best legal thinking. We do our deep research. We do our deep work because they deserve it.
Abby Daquiz, Executive Director, NJP
Transformative
Our work can be the difference between a family keeping their home or losing it, or between a survivor staying in danger or finding safety. Our work is life-changing.
Impact beyond a single case
As a statewide organization, we see patterns no single case reveals and take on the problems behind them.
Communities lead
We work in partnership with the communities we serve, from farmworker families in Yakima Valley to rural courthouses and city neighborhoods.
Colleagues who show up
Our people could work almost anywhere. They’re here for the mission, and for each other.
Open Positions
Openings at NJP are posted here as they become available. Specific instructions for applying are included in each job announcement.
