The Washington State Foreclosure Mapping Report identifies, for the period 2008-2013, the Washington zip codes most significantly affected by mortgage foreclosures.
It also provides demographic data for the counties most affected by foreclosures. The report was commissioned by Northwest Justice Project?s Foreclosure Consequences Advocacy Team, Columbia Legal Services? Working Families Project, Seattle University Law School?s Foreclosure Mediation and Outreach Project, and El Centro de la Raza, working with Maria Rodriguez, a doctoral candidate in the University of Washington?s School of Social Work. Funding was provided by the Washington Department of Commerce and Washington Department of Financial Institutions.
