Domestic Violence Forms Online

Washington Courts has now made available an interactive program that assists victims in filling out the forms needed to file for a protection order. This easy-to-use program uses an interview format. It asks the user a series of questions and fills out and automatically assembles the necessary forms. At the end of the interview, the program gives the user an opportunity to review the completed form. Then ready-to-file forms may be printed.
